Sailing - Snorkeling Tours for Cruise Ship Passengers Enjoy a day of sailing and snorkeling aboard a 37 ft. modern fully safety equipped sailboat. If you are tired of the crowds our trips will be perfect for you as each tour is limited to 8 persons. We try to provide a more relaxed and intimate experience. Our goal as captain and crew is to provide an opportunity for cruise ship visitors to encounter the very best of the Caribbean-sailing the trade winds and viewing the amazing coral reef and its inhabitants. West End, Roatan is home to Captain Dusty and crew as well as 'First Light', a 37 ft. Sloop rigged, all fiberglass sailboat. Both captain and crew have extensive experience with cruise ship visitors. We look forward to welcoming you at the cruise ship dock for a memorable day. A 15 minute ride will bring us to our dock in West End. After the sailing and snorkeling, you will be transported back to the cruise ship dock. Lunch and refreshments provided as well as snorkeling gear. Snorkeling instruction provided for first-time snorkelers. Flotation vests provided. You are invited to take the wheel and get involved in the sailing of the boat. Snorkeling time is 1 1/2 hours with all snorkeling gear provided. Sailing time is 2 hours.
Because we are an independent tour operator, and not paying middle man commissions, you will be pleasantly surprised at our sailing tour price. Sadly, we are not equipped to serve wheelchair bound visitors as well as children under 7. Sailing tours sold on the ships for Roatan currently cost $99 per person (2007). We will hold our current price of $80 per person through December 31, 2007. Late reservations accepted by email from your ship. U.S. currency, Honduran currency and traveler's checks accepted. A 10% discount is offered to all groups of 6 or more. All reservations require a 50% deposit by paypal.com.
